That about sums up my experience with this Vendor. I can’t claim they were unhelpful as they never replied to my message, they just ignored it. I can’t recommend this vendor as they have failed to uphold their side of the contract between vendor and purchaser. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Contacted seller TWICE and had no reply! Trying to get a replacement or refund and having no luck. Steer clear!
