Something was up with a self-service kiosk so it was probably the PO who took a while with it. It was very securely packaged, though, which I greatly appreciate. Item is pretty much new despite being opened as described, everything felt appropriate. I am glad to have this figure, as it was one I missed as a child, and I appreciate the discount and thank you card as well (good business practices). The seller did point out the missing color on the goblets in her posting but we were not satisfied. I contacted the seller and the seller offered and gave me a refund on 1/2 the order. I appreciate this response and am glad for the quick response.
