Large dent on aluminum lid that was not described nor did it show up in your photos. Next time you should take close up pics of any damage and describe for the buyers. Shipping got held up along the way but that's not your fault. Need to use a bit more bubble wrap inside, box was nice and sturdy for the shipping. One of the case tabs appears to have broken off during shipping but computer was otherwise delivered in good condition as described. Would recommend oversized stiff packing boards for future shipments to protect brittle plastic. Great seller and a great value for a working vintage Quadra.

Spoke with seller who was very understanding and they worked with me to resolve the issue with both parties happy. Unfortunate circumstances but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any items from them again due to great communication. Thanks!
