She would not respond to us on ebay so we called and text the number provided to make things right with no response again. We refunded her original purchase and sent her 3 vending locks FREE to make things right even though she only ordered 1. I believe this customer must be a competitor out to maliciously attack our company. We called her one time to try and help her... That was considered "Harassment"
