Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the condition since USPS lost the package, at no fault to the seller. When I contacted him about it being long past due, he was quick to respond and willing to refund me in full, full cost to him despite it not being his fault. That alone deserves a top rating. Postal insurance covered the loss and all is good now.
