    Some of the initial listing was out of stock, but seller contacted me and offered me alternatives that I was happy with. Shipping was delayed, but seller responded in a timely manner explained the delay. The items arrived with minor damages, but as they were easily repaired, it was no big issue. Overall great experience and customer service, would definitely purchase from seller again.

    Watch arrived not working, numerous messages sent to seller prior to buying for info & reassurance about the item but zero replies, I regretfully went ahead with purchase as I liked the watch. When seller was chased for yet another time asking why the watch didn’t work they replied saying it requires a new capacitor, which was NOT mentioned in the item listing/description. Poor customer service from a ‘business’ and a complete utter lack of communication!

    seller was friendly answered all my questions quickly fast postage, shame the included pokemon card about impact damage didnt work as the game case did arrive with a fresh crack on the back of the case but it was a funny touch an it's not the sellers fault we have a...heavy handed postal service... game was still in good condition so happy all round would definitely recommend seller A+++
