The server casing was a bit banged up on delivery, but I expect this to be because of how it was handled during transportation. The seller packed the item very well, but perhaps some extra soft material would have helped. The front panel and one of the fan meshes were slightly damaged. After a lengthy chat with a seller and their staff and after maybe a month - I finally received screws and the right cable. All in all they were helpful in resolving an issue and I give positive feedback on making right on an error.
