    Trying very hard not to be be negative but boots arrived damaged, immediately initiated a return. No contact from seller despite me messaging again. I’m guessing that the return was initiated by eBay but cannot be sure. I cannot accept the excuse that the damage was caused by the handles on the box, Sorry for the negative review but you had a chance to put this right before eBay stepped in

    Sorry but we dont understand, customer services responded and it is us who accepted the return, we have sent you a returns label and paid for it through ebay, ebay have done none of this it is us, why not message us if you were unsure ? Please remove this feedback as ebay have done nothing it is us who have done everything and provided you a free returns label
