I ask couple time after the 30 days and nothing was replied. So I’m out of the few bucks I spent on the decals. I have tried (and am still trying) to get my funds refunded so I could refund buyer's money. I am not a "business" - I am a hobbyist! It is difficult to do anything with eBay from a cell phone and little to no cell service. This buyer left several messages that I thought were replied to but due to shoddy cell service they never went through. Then he opens an eBay case against me after saying he would take the loss.

While working with them it came in the mail. I notified the seller. And thanked him for staying in touch.
