It was packaged very securely in a box with lots of padding; the figurine itself was protected by bubble wrap. Ebay kept me well informed via email on the figurine's shipping status. I felt my order arrived in a timely manner. It was, perhaps, a little pricey, but I was replacing a sentimental piece that was lost in a move and am very happy to have this Santa back among my Xmas decorations. It was glass and there was no chance it would have been broken. It was so neatly packed and you could tell the seller cared about the safety of the item.
