    Prompt shipping. Well packaged. Machine that was delivered was as described and in full working order. No communication was necessary but i have no reason to believe there would have been a problem since all other aspects of the transaction were trouble-free. Pleased with the experience and would purchase from this seller in the future with no hesitation.

    The transaction was a normal EBay purchase. The shipping was delayed but that was on the carrier not the seller. The only reason for 4 stars is because the description states it was “NEW -sealed box” but when I opened it there was a piece of hair inside the SSD packaging as you can see in the pics. But overall the SSD works just fine for a great price.
