    Horrible seller, didn't receive what I ordered when asked about it they didn't even say it was a option to send back and receive what I ordered. Just send it back and then receive a refund. Bought a 80pcs kit and received a 30pcs kit. Asked for a return label 3 times and still haven't received it. SCAM

    Item came with a broken Water Reservoir - contacted seller and was offered a $10 partial refund- asked to be refunded for the cost of replacement part which is $20 but was only offer $15. Will never purchase from this seller again & I still have not received the $15 partial refund that I was offered.

    Ordered a 48” to 84” drapery rod. It arrived but was only a 24” to 36 inch rod. I contacted the seller and through several emails, I received a shipping label for free return. I was credited my PayPal account the day after shipping. So no issues there. The only additional comment is that the sellers didn’t seemed concerned for my trouble and didn’t have the size that I ordered in stock. His sight still has the item I ordered indicating that it is available. Oh well.
