The images and descriptions were accurate and detailed. (So detailed, in fact, that I couldn't even find all the tiny blemishes!) The packaging was excellent and the device itself was perfect. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I had some difficulties setting up the laptop, and the seller patiently took the time to help me resolve my questions.
