The shipping charges were not artificially inflated beyond reason, which some sellers try to do. The box arrived without damage due to adequate packing material to cushion the contents. It was listed as needing repairs. There were three spare motors were included in the purchase - unfortunately none are suitable for the missing gripper motor. I believe description was a fair representation made in good faith. It was a good transaction.

I was so very impressed with the unbelievable way it had been protectively wrapped! Layer after layer of bubble wrap and plastic covered it to make sure that it arrived unharmed - which it did! The description said the projector was “used”. Actually, it is in pristine condition!! I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase or the great service I received from the seller!!
