I had made contact to resolve the issue and was willing to overlook their poor service if I got what I ordered. I have to call out their poor trading standards. They changed their advertisement after point of sale (see photos) - so take a picture of your purchase. Only when I called them out with the photos did I get an apology and a refund. Shame it ended this way. I can see that you contacted us to say that the item delivered was incorrect, what followed was an investigation, an apology and then a refund. We explained that the suppliers had simply sent us the incorrect parts and we were not aware of the issue until you let us know. We updated the listing to reflect the changes you advised us of, nothing sinister, just corrected the listing after you spotted the error.

In my case I had ordered the wrong IR33 controller (but had not installed it), there was no quibble or issue with returning it and being refunded. Very good company, definitely recommend.

However I do have some issues using eBay. The item prices are inflated somewhat, and I was charged shipping for each item, even though they all came in one package. Also, the exchange rate I was charged was inflated as well.
