The sellers listing says different lengths available, but the seller has no way on his listings for a buyer choosing any other lengths than 1 meter lengths. I asked the seller how do I order a different length he just said I have a 1000 of these I just send whatever one I pull out of the box. So to me thats not a good way of selling on ebay really.

Seller saying no pink left however they're advertising it as still available but with a significantly increased price tag! Now being ghosted, they're ignoring my messages. Ebay will refund on return but then I can't reorder for same price. Terrible service all round!! Basically now stuck with a green pad for little girly granddaughter!

We were promised another which was never posted and we eventually were offered a refund. In the messages it was stated we asked for a refund which was not the case, we wanted another Echo Show.
