The shop is registered in Cartagena, Spain, which means it should be within the EU. However, my order was shipped from Gran Canaria, and that is not considered EU for customs purposes. As a result, the parcel was held by customs and I had to pay a 21% customs duty plus €6.99 for the declaration service. The seller did not mention this information on the store page. They also charged €9.50 for delivery and did not provide a tracking number. Comunication-0!
