They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. I had to wait several days for the item to be shipped, so I don't know why the cancellation was not allowed. I tried to return the item, but the return shipping charge was half the price of the item. Contacted seller, and they said "Too bad. You bought it, it's yours." Bad SellerKirkland Signature Ultra Soft Bath Tissue 2-Ply 231 Sheets, 36 Roll, NEW PACKING (N° 135058934582)

Not a Continental 8322GY. Not in new condition. Not properly packaged. Two boxes taped together were too small which either was why the item was damaged during shipping or item was put into the box damaged. Item had darker area and scratches from where a sticker was obviously scrapped off. Seller sent return label outside of eBay.
