I notified the seller and it took several days to resolve getting my refund. After advising the seller that I was going to contact my credit card company they agreed to issue the refund. The seller then asked that I provide them with a glowing 5 star review. I disagree, but I'll let everyone else be the judge of that. The undamaged product appeared to be of reasonably good quality and priced fairly. Customer service not so good.

The USPS lost the calipers for 3 weeks and when the box got here it had been taped closed from being smashed and only 1 caliper was in the box. Seller did a partial refund and I had to make another order for the front calipers. I can't blame the seller for the USPS issues that are out of their control. USPS has been unreliable in the Kansas City area for a long time.For Arctic Cat 300 400 500 4X4 1998-2002 Front & Rear Brake Calipers w/Pads ×3 (N° 125417196012)
