Seller offered a refund told me to keep the items. So, I gave them to my Granddaughter. Then the seller wanted them back. I could not not take them away from a child, so I got nothing back. If she had wanted them back in the beginning I would have returned them. But not after I had already given them away. She changed her mind so, for that I got zero refund. The buyer and I exchanged a few messages and I apologized for her dissatisfaction with the product. After consulting with other eBay sellers I was advised to have her send the item back to me and then issue a full refund which is what I offered.
