    Seller was commutative and kept me informed on my order. Was straightforward and let me know one of the plates were chipped and gave me options and discounted refund towards my purchase. I received my order 3 days ahead of scheduled delivery. The plates were well wrapped and packaged well. I am very happy with my Christmas plates purchase. The plates were exactly as described by seller.

    When I first saw this, I couldn't take my eyes off it, four days later by way of it having been meticulously wrapped and then sturdily shipped, this beautiful beauty is now sitting in my house. Appearance is exactly as described in the Seller's notes and pictures, the shipping cost for an item of it's weight is definitely a value. Excellent Seller, excellent transaction.

    I made a mistake in my original feedback on this item and the seller asked me why I left the feedback that I did, I explained why and the seller then got upset and said my feedback made no sense, I agreed that there was a misunderstanding but the way the seller went about it was all wrong and they handled it poorly. They accepted my offer of 10% off the items and packed them really well so they arrived damage free and on time. I was really happy with them but they need to work on their communic
