If not for a few small scuffs, I would have thought the item were new. They were also very prompt in shipping and the pricing was very fair. After sales support was also great. I had some trouble with my CFS unit and they were responsive in troubleshooting with me and sending a replacement part to fix the issue. Included about 90% of printer components minus the horizontal strut and some screws (not bad considering the price and seller warning. I will update once I have tested all the components but I have high hopes it will work. Also the shipping time was extremely accurate and fast.

Inside packed nicely, but I have to wait till mid to late May to get the accessary kit for mu K1C. I will buy if in the US or Europe but not direct form China due to the tariffs. I have already reviewed the seller's items and will buy from them again - they are on my sellers watchlist.
