I have never had a seller ship so quickly! Such a pleasant surprise! One plate broke in transit and the seller quickly issued a refund (I had provided a picture). The plates were packed perfectly so it was due to UPS mishandling. But the quick responses and resolution throughout the entire buying process are exemplary.
