I bought this open reel to reel deck and got really warried about the shipping, this thing is a 50 pounder plus a plastic cover, and seller offered a free shipping, contacted the seller, explained my worries. The seller responded quickly, long story short, here I received the deck and the dust cover (in two separated packages) without any shipping damage. The whole set was as shown in the picture. The watch was in pristine condition. The watch tag was there, the manual was included, the box made the whole package looked like it time-travelled 42 years to reach me. Shipping was a bit hard to understand as seller had to ship it to ebay before they ship it to me. But I understand it's a process of verifying the authenticity of the product and trade protection.

The item was packaged very well. It arrived in good condition. The photos on ebay showed a small flaw on the outside, but I decided to buy it anyway. The seller showed the flaw in the photo when selling it, but did not mention it in the description. The flaw is hardly noticeable and will work for normal use.
