    Seller sent me a polite email shortly after purchase, shipped out of California. Great care provided for package security. Part is for my Mercedes e350, and it appears to be OEM and in very good condition despite it being listed as used. I haven’t installed it yet but I would do business with this seller again.     even though shipping said 2 days it took about 4, but i’m not complaining because the latch works and makes my hood close again! the packaging was pretty secure about 3 bags inside eachother. it’s as described works good oem. and worth the value!
