That was the reason I asked this person did he wipe it off, letting him know that something didn't seem right. He fabricated things because he wanted a larger discount. I asked him to return the coat for a full refund. If the coat was so damaged as stated, why would a person want to keep it at any discounted rate. Paint came off with wet napkin.
