Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++Regula Cuckoo Clock Movement Hands For 70 mm or 2 3/4" Dial NEW CREAM w/ Nuts (N° 122923077241)
