Few have smart error (possibly due to my cable issue) but non-critical and fully functional. Used with SAS to SATA controller, it's working great. This is 2nd purchase as I had good experience with 1st purchase. Very well packaged, feels "like new" condition. Highly recommend this seller & products.

They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected.
