Sent message and was informed they were out of stock when kit was sent. Missing parts were sent by Fed-ex. In Southeast Oklahoma thing work different than other places. Delivery man brought missing parts on Friday before kit was delivered and hung them on the porch. I didn't think to look there. Good job anyway. Thanks

We sent all the specs over and they were able to match it to what he needed. There was a wait for them to properly build it but we understood that. I sent messages out and they replied within a timely manner. Once the transmission got here it was nicely wrapped and in a cardboard box while being strapped to the pallet. They built me a transmission and was about to ship it and I had to cancel the order because of an unfortunate accident . These guys were so understanding and gave me a total refund. Only 1 showed up, contacted seller and he shipped another one saying it would arrive the same Saturday and his apologies. Finally received it late Monday evening after the event and packaging was torn through and some slight blemishes on surface. The 1 servo I received/installed works good but it’s a shame they can’t read an order receipt and make it right (over night ship it). Would not order again through this company.
