I was still being asked for information about my actuator after 3pm of the day it was sent only to find that a tracking number was issued after 12pm the same day saying that the item is sent. Today I received notification that the package is delivered to some place in ACT...my address is SA 5700. I want my refund....don't appreciate being mucked about.

The only issue was that I ordered two of these and one box didn’t contain all of the advertised items. The seller was very communicative regarding this, and this was acceptably resolved with a replacement part sent and it arrived complete. They advertised a product for a 2015+ Hilux with an ECU wiring harness. I checked this with Brendan online twice before making the purchase. They sent a harness for a 2005-2008 Hilux and it arrived broken. After 4 days of back and forth they tell me I have to pay an extra $223 for "the correct wiring harness" as advertised. I thought it was a genuine packaging mistake. Now they refuse to swap it for me.
