The seller responded to me quickly and kindly, had me send photos of all the damage, and sent a new screen to me immediately. I messaged the Seller, with a pic, and they sent a replacement right out. It's not about making a mistake. Because, we are all human. It's about correcting our errors. A Great Company. Seller refunded purchase price the same day. So refreshing to see. The HP Prodesk 600 G5 MT MB is hard to get a good MB but no worries with seller that will refund right away. Will keep trying to get a good one. Seller did not communicate but did refund so mid marks for communication but top marks for service and instant refund. gave over all positive rating for that.
