When I contacted the seller about the missing page they sent it via ebay message. Once I got the chance to look over the PDF, & the manual against another PDF I had to purchase to get all the information, there is more than one page missing. This guy had a page that did not print right, so I sent it within minutes.. He then complained again & said he was mad he did not have right away. I asked how to remedy even though I sent it right away. He asked for a partial refund & I agreed to just make him happy. Well, he then leaves negative feedback. Some people are just not nice people.

It had a slight tear in the binding in the photo which became worse during shipping and the corners were bent. A larger or more protective envelope should have been used. It was really jammed in the envelope and the manual was extremely thick. Very happy with my purchase and the condition. I would have rather paid more for better shipping materials and packaging. Other than that, exceptional experience. Thank you. 5-Star seller. Plz show binding damage
