    The seller was very friendly and took great care to ensure that my item would be delivered to me. The item was packaged very well and the experience was relatively smooth considering the fact I ordered from Canada but live in the U.S. There was a strike going on but that was not the seller's fault and they were communicative to me while explaining the situation.
