Of course I have no way to prove that the item they sent me was a different color than purchased. The one item was a coat and the item wasn't found to be wrong until after the officer used 1 Shift .Each return they treated me as if I was a liar. These purchases were for a police depart and they still refused to send out correct items. This customer received his order on 10/16/2023. On 11/08/2023,he claimed we sent a color Navy Blue Jacket, but he ordered color Black". We quickly issued a free return shipping label on the same date. On 11/24/2023, we received his item was color black, used and with many dirty spots. We have pictures to approve it. We did send correct color jacket but he returned a used and dirty jacket.
