What happens if I change my mind?
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing of your decision to cancel this purchase (e.g. by e-mail). If you have already received the item, you must return it undamaged and in good condition to the address we have given you. In some cases, we can arrange to collect the item from your home at an additional cost.
Effects of collection
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all your payments, with the exception of delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method different from the standard and cheapest delivery method we offer), without delay, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any case, this refund will not involve any cost to you.

What to do if your item is delivered by mistake, defective or damaged?
If you believe that the item you purchased was delivered in error, is faulty or damaged, please contact us so that we can work together to find a solution.
