Laptop is refurbished so I had much lower expectations on its aesthetics but was surprised that it showed only very minimal wear. Overall, it looks great. Laptop functions superbly with no bloatware. The value proposition on this machine in its condition is fantastic. I will definitely look to this seller for any future needs.

I had a bad stick of RAM and discovered this about a week after receiving. I was able to test and troubleshoot and isolate the problem. Contacted the seller and asked if they could send a replacement stick of RAM. I received a quick response and quickly placed a replacement stick in the mail. 5-Stars for service. Laptop seems good, and came in great shape. I like the black cover on the top. Thank you
