Seller sent refund, - 25% ,claimed return damages ,w/ 1 photo of a severely oxidized computer appeared like it fell off a 10 story Bldg. Good, I had 10 photos submitted with my return request, that didnt match. Seller agreed, clamed Technician confused me with another customers return. We promptly corrected the issue after we investigated the claim and agreed with buyer that this was a mistaken identity with another buyer. We did refund the amount deducted as damages immediately contrary to buyer's claim that he got it by calling eBay. There was no need to be spiteful regarding the refund, that! is malice! "Wish on to others what you wish yourself" We are not above errors, we admit it when we are at fault.

But, when my 3 year old Lenovo died, and cost to repair was at least $300, I started looking at something on Ebay. Saw this unit, said WTH, bought it. Shipping was fast. I had one dumb quetion for the seller who answered and reaasured me immediately. I like it! And the seller.
