On or about June 16th, my order showed "The seller has refused to cancel this order" I thought that was weird because it still hadn't shipped. I messaged the seller twice with no response. On June 17th, it looks like eBay stepped in and issued the refund. Maybe it was from the seller, but not sure. Shipping was fast (expensive for me - 120 USD). I've built out the rest of the bike and it's riding great so I'd say thr seller delivered in terms of value.
