Once I had fished out an M3.5 (I think) screw and secured the graphics card it all worked just fine. It's a really nice machine and now runs my old games like silk in hi-res... thanks

What I originally thought was very good value however that changed quickly. When purchasing I opted for windows 11 as windows 10 is EOL October this year. I set up and installed the available updates which was fine until Windows 11 v24H2 where I found this pc isn’t compliant. I contacted seller Who said the processor (and this motherboard) would require an upgrade and would I be interested. Now the computer isn’t the bargain I thought it was.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
