Motorola and Hubble, the software provider to interface with cellphones, is no longer supporting this older model. There appears to be no software available that is compatible with this model. Not a deal breaker but should be noted in description. Fat chance that is gonna happen.

The only problem I had was it didn't come with the DC cord and a manual. I contacted cellar and seller immediately sent out both items and I received within a week due to the holiday. I would recommend buying from the seller.

Tried several times with tested cables.. contacted seller and received and received a full refund. This is a honest and fair seller and would highly recommend to anyone.
