I immediately submitted a request to have the items returned. The return information, tracking number and return shipping costs, were submitted to the seller. Note: eBay did refunded the purchase price of the goods. However, after messaging the seller several times requesting the return shipping costs I have received nothing! I keep getting fobbed off by feeble excuses and it's extremely annoying!
