I did have a problem, but it was local, in my city, and apparently with MailAmericas service in my city :/ . I hope this issue didn't affect the seller, as *it wasn't their fault*. I found out it was MailAmericas thanks to Postal Ninja, I highly recommend using their site. (Postal Ninja)

The controller was new, sealed in the box. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem, who agreed the button switch inside the controller seemed to be damaged. Return was easy and painless!
