Question: Do you offer further Bulk Quantity Discount ?
Answer: Yes we do, we believe we offer already the lowest prices, if you can find other sellers from United Kingdom offering better prices contact us and we will see if we can beat it or Mach it at least. Currently offer a small discount for multiple purchases of filters, please see each listing for specific pricing information. But if the quantity is one then NO as our prices are already very low.
Question: Do you offer a postage discount for combined items?
Answer: Combines Postage discount is already built in our listing when you buy more then one it offer reduce postage for the same item. We often list the same item in Lots (Packs) for that please go to our shop and click on the left Hand category. Question: Do you offer "next day" delivery or can I collect my purchase from you?
Answer: Yes as we post all goods the same day providing you pay for it before 4:30PM, (Saturday and Sunday goods are Posted on Monday) most customers gets it the Next day. Please see our feedback, what others says about our Delivery.

Question: What happens if my purchase fails to arrive?
Answer: Every chance must be given for the postal services to deliver the item ? busy periods such as Christmas especially. Products posted same Day from United Kingdom London to UK and Worldwide via Royal Mail First Class and for International Customer via International Airmail, for UK the item should arrive the next working Day or the Day after, if not then call your LOCAL Sorting office as they may be holding that for you, but we suggest, that before call them at least wait 4 Working Days, If no Luck please use our above contact us link as we only reply to messages via our customer Message Board for Non Delivery, Tech support issue. International Customers before you contact us please wait at least 7 working days although the item should arrive within 3 working days as we post from UK via International Airmail.
Question: My item is damaged on arrival ? what do I do?
Answer: Please contact us the day it arrives to report a damaged delivery. Every care is taken in packaging your item securely in quality, hardwearing postage bags or parcels. If you can please take a picture of the damage item and email it to us.
We try our best to keep the delivery charges as low as possible. When comparing prices we urge you to compare the "Total Delivered Price" This is to include the "Item cost + Delivery Cost" Plus compare our service and quality with others also. And the after sales services as well.
Normally If you have purchased an item before 4:30 PM Monday to Friday it will be Posted on the Same Day and you should get it on the next working day. The cut off time can be as late as 4:30 PM on some days, (depending on the last pick up by Royal Mail). If you have purchased on Friday before 4:30 PM in the evening it will be Posted on the same day and it should arrive on Monday. If you have ordered after 4:30 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be Posted on Monday. After receiving the item if it's faulty or customer is unhappy with the purchase, So the customer will have to return back the item on his/her OWN COST whether for a refund or replacement.
Combine Shipping Charges: Simply add up all your items by clicking on buy it now button and then the total shipping charges will be displayed and you can make one payment for it. We do not offer cross shipping discount but you will still find out total prices very competitive. We will exchange / Replace item that is returned to us (At your own cost) . In case we can not Replace it due to unavoidable reasons, we will issue a refund.

We offer 1 year warranty, we will exchange / Replace item that is returned to us (At your own cost) and which proves to be faulty within 1 Year. In case we can not Replace it due to unavoidable reasons, we will issue a refund.
