Please note: If you are not in and a "While You Were Out Card" has been left by the courier, You have approx 14 days to collect the item from your local post office. If you do not collect this parcel within the time given the item will be then shipped back to us.

Worlwide Delivery

All items are shipped out by Royal Mail International signed for (Airmail)

Airmail 1st class International signed for: Approx 6-21 days.

Please note: If you are not in and a calling card has been left by the courier, You have approx 14 days to collect the item from your local postal office. If you do not collect this parcel within the time given the item will be then shipped back to us.

Returns

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, Please let us know within 7 days. Proof of purchase is required.

Items must be returned as in the same condition as sent out. I.E tags still attached, Original packaging, Must not have been worn or misused & is in saleable condition, If not an exchange will not be given.

Also you will need to pay postage for the exchanged item.

Sub-Zero-Sports is happy to exchange for a new size, different colour or style.

We recommend that you send us back the goods recorded delivery as Sub-Zero-Sports is not responsible for any losses during the time in transit.

Refunds

If in any event you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days of receipt to return the item back to us for a full refund.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, Tags attached & must not have been worn or misused or a refund will not be given.

Items must be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

You will also need to return the items within 7 days of purchase for a refund

Please note that we do not refund on postage.
