This popular Tiny Tots DK yarn with a coloured nep adds real texture to a babies or toddlers hand knit. 

It comes in a range of pretty modern colours.  Snuggly Tiny Tots DK is easy care wool and will 

keep its quality through machine washing and tumble drying.

  • We appreciate prompt payment within 3 days and look forward to your business in the future. An unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment is not received within 8 days from listing ended.

Shipping:

  • Our post is collected from our warehouse Monday to Friday. We do not post on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail standard post. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 days depending on how busy we are. All orders are processed in the order they come in. Please add a message to seller if you have any specific requirements we need to know about when processing your order.
  • Our shipping costs are combined on multiple purchases. First item price, then subsequent item price. We include only cost of materials used with shipping cost.
  • Any overpayment made on multiple purchases will be refunded back to your Paypal account when the order is processed.
  • Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Rotherham, if you wish saving you postage. Please send us a message or call first though, so we can have your order ready for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

If an item does not arrive we cannot make a claim until 15 WORKING DAYS in UK after the day the item was posted  ( 20 WORKING DAYS for EU & INTERNATIONALCustomers) as that is when Royal Mail considers the item lost or if item is undeliverable for some reason that is the time it should take to return it to us. During this time your item is still in the postal system due for delivery and will more than likely still be delivered, albeit late.

If you feel your item may be lost we advise that you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding it as well as contacting local neighbours to see if they have it as Royal Mail do not always leave a card.

If you haven't received your item within the above stated time, please contact us and we will look into it, then put in a claim on your behalf to Royal Mail.

We advise that you do not try claiming monies back via PayPal or demanding monies back via email before then. Making a claim earlier than then via PayPal could delay your refund since as soon as you open a dispute PayPal take the money from us and holds it and as such it will be down to them to refund it to you, not us, which can take longer.

Please understand that this is the reasonable way to deal with undelivered/lost items.If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us First to resolve any issue, before leaving feedback.

We combine postage on multiple items and can invoice items before payment. All postage is based on weight and we have a maximum postage charge of £5.95 for any UK order, up to 5kg. Please order everything you require at time of ordering, as orders will not be combined together to save on postage if over 48 hours from the original order date.
