neighbouring countries (mainland) via airmail: Ireland, France, Germany,

service for Malta. ETA to the rest of the

service via Royal Mail: £2 for the UK, £7 for non UK as this need to be
paid in a separate invoice. Loss or delay. Once we
dispatch, the postal service takes care of delivering. Royal Mail won't accept
loss for international packet till 45 working days, 15 days for UK mail. So
there is no need to contact us before this date. Please help us with the claim
for loss. Postal services will then investigate each case. We will either
refund or resend after the dates set by the postal services. Please allow ample time
for delivery. If it is urgent, please feel free to contact us for Express
