Payment

We accept payment through Paypal or by cheque or postal order payable to "Rockshore UK Ltd". We also accept payment by most major credit or debit cards by telephone on 0845 6431033 (Monday to Friday from 9.30am but not including UK bank holidays).

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of payment. For UK customers, orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or by courier for heavier or larger items. Orders should be delivered within 1 to 3 working days however we advise customers to allow up to 7 working days to allow for any unforeseen delays. Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery. Typically this is 3 to 5 working days for European customers and 5 to 10 working days for customers outside the EU. However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on unwanted items within 28 days. Please ensure that items are returned in an unused condition with all parts, packaging included. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is received faulty or the wrong item is received, please contact us in the first instance by email or through ebay message centre and we will advise further.
