· If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it or refund the purchase price less restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless approved by our Customer Service department. (Refunds will not be given on opened boxes or packs.)
· Call first for a return authorization number, or your package will be refused. Returns must be within 5 days after receiving the item.

· For most single auctions, continental US residents can determine the shipping charge by inserting their zip code into the rate calculator at the bottom of the auction.
· A combined shipping rate can be figured on multiple auction wins. To receive the combined charge, buyers need to contact me, FIRST, before making any payments. I will need the shipping address and a list of all item numbers won.
· Customers outside the continental US, please email for shipping quote.
· Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated within the auction description.
· US residents will receive email notification, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, as soon as the package has been sent.
· All items are packaged in protective boxes by a professional shipping department to insure a safe and secure delivery. Global Priority packages may be sent in a box or a flat envelope.
· INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Are responsible for any duties and taxes that are charged by their customs departments. Buyers should be familiar with their countries duties, taxes and fees.
