Avec ce numéro de RM il sera possible de gérer le retour de la marchandise et son éventuelle substitution, en procédant de la manière suivante :
– Le numéro de RM doit apparaître sur le document de transport ainsi que sur le colis expédié.
– Une copie de la facture d'achat avec une brève description de l'anomalie rencontrée doit être insérée à l'intérieur du colis.
– Sur le document de transport doit être reporté la causalité : RESO IN CONTO REPARAZIONE (Retour en Compte Réparation).
– La marchandise doit être expédiée à Perfect Price SRL - Via Fleming 18 - 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (VR) – Italie.
– L'expédition doit être effectuée en franco de port, dans les 7 jours ouvrables suivant la communication du numéro de Retour Matériel.
– La réception et le réexpédition de la part de notre service technique vous seront signalées via e-mail ou téléphone.
– Nous vous rappelons que dans le cas où le produit retourné à PERFECT PRICE serait en parfait état de fonctionnement ou aurait des défauts non attribuables à des spécifications du produit, un droit minimum d'intervention de 25,00 euros + TVA sera appliqué,
