If you want to exchange an item, Please let us know within 7 days. Proof of purchase is required. You will also need to send the item back within 7 days

Items must be returned as in the same condition as sent out. I.E tags still attached, Original packaging, Must not have been worn or misused & is in saleable condition, If not an exchange will not be given.

Also you will need to pay postage for the exchanged item.

Sub-Zero-Sports is happy to exchange for a new size, different colour or style.

We recommend that you send us back the goods recorded delivery as Sub-Zero-Sports is not responsible for any losses during the time in transit.

Refunds

If in any event you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days of receipt to return the item back to us for a full refund. You will also need to send the item back within 7 days
